Overview
Each boat lift we install is planned around a specific boat and a specific piece of shoreline. With hundreds of docks and boathouses designed over the years, we can quickly and efficiently develop the right lift plan for your property.
What sets our installations apart is not visible from the deck. A lift in South Florida must withstand the harsh winds of tropical storms, and we design with this in mind, starting with the pilings the lift hangs from.
The foundation is the key to a sturdy and long-lasting structure. Every lake or ocean bottom is different: some are sand, some are muck or mud, some are hard pan or even rock. We use the equipment that best suits each situation: high-pressure water jets, pneumatic pile driving, or drilling through rock. That is how we get the secure footing your lift will stand on for decades.

Our Approach
How we take on boat lifts
Sized to the boat
Lift capacity is sized to the boat's full operating weight: hull, engines, fuel, water, and gear, with margin above that so the lift never works at its limit. We study the shoreline, the water depth, and how you use your boat before the lift is specified.
The foundation is the structure
A lift is only as secure as the pilings it hangs from. Every lake and ocean bottom is different: sand, muck, hard pan, even rock. We select the piling method to match, from high-pressure water jets to pneumatic pile driving to drilling through rock.
Built for Florida weather
Your lift and the structure around it will need to withstand the harsh winds of Florida's tropical storms. Storm loading is part of the design from the first drawing, not an afterthought.
Dealer
Factory-authorized, locally installed
We are a dealer for Hi-Tide, Hurricane, and AMF boat lifts. That means the equipment comes to you at dealer terms, the manufacturer's warranty passes through to you, and the crew that installs your lift is the same one that services it. We also repair and service lifts we did not install, whatever the brand.

Will my lift stand up to tropical storms?
Storm resistance is a design requirement, not an option. Your lift and the dock or boathouse around it need to withstand the harsh winds of Florida's tropical storms, so we design with this in mind from the start, beginning with the foundation.
Do you service boat lifts you did not install?
Yes. We repair and service existing lifts, including motor, cable, and control work, whether or not we built the original installation.
